Looks like some species of ginger.

It's a tropical that florists call Wheeping Haliconia (I probably spelled it wrong)but I used to use it in arrangements.....very expensive arrangements. There a many types of this flower. SOme just stand straight up while others have a bit of a stem that droops like the one pictured
