Is is a "fake", an easy to detect photocollage. Watch the head collage on the uniform, without neck ! - see the original photo under (Mussolini & Hitler) That fake is politically oriented : the guy is Richard B.'Dick'Cheney, vice-president of the United States of America

yes it is, look the characteristic 'smile' (clipped lips) and the folding lines of the cheeks... not forgetting the reading glasses! (sorry, but on the manipulated image, you can't see non-gray hairs, because you can't see the hairs, covered by the added cap and by the sepia colorization)

Its definitely not Cheney. Look at the earlobes. In the picture the guy has attached earlobes, Dick Cheney has free hanging earlobes. I agree that it looks like Giuliani. All of you who said its Cheney did not look very close. Especially chperret because you tried to seem smart by be being so descriptive, but missed the easiest telltale difference. chperret, your an idiot.

Shagypirate may be right (not that I'm an idiot - lol), but it can be Giuliani. I couldn't find the exact used photo on the web. Maybe someone else?

If it is NOT Cheney (which i completely am convinced it is) the only other possibility I could think is he could be Adolf's personal doctor. His doctor was known to be with him wherever he went and to be a close member of the family.

The picture is indeed edited. You can see just by looking closely at it, the original is already posted by chperret. Sorry for the insult chperret, I get annoyed when someone tries to state something as fact when it can be disproven by something as simple as looking. It is Giuliani.
