Arabic Meal

Description:

This is probably the strangest meal I’ve ever seen in my life. I think it belongs to a special religious ceremony. Does anyone know what ceremony or what type of food this is?

I think Eid al-Fitr was very close to Easter this year. As a symbolic ending of Ramadan feasts are thrown. Looks like a lot of couscous and lamb meat to me.
