I was standing by this guy, isn't he someone famous? Description:I was looking through some old holiday snaps from about 20 years back, and found this snap I took. Where was it taken? Was the female with him, or was she just trying to get a look at what that is running from his nose into his moustache?

This is Richard Bingham, the 7th Earl of Lucan. Just like your Phil Collins photo his name (or title in this case) is part of the image name you posted here.
