Description:

I need serious help identifying this tool. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES AND HELP ME OUT! The tool has 2 places w/ writing, one piece it states the following: "Rotary Striper" yes it's with only 1 p. Another portion states the following: "Motor Industries Co. MFRS. LA CROSSE, WIS. PAT. PEND."
