Description:

Can anyone translate this Arabic for me? My brother studied the language many years ago, and made this sign for my father. It's probably written in classical Arabic, but might be my brother's personal translation of an English expression/idea/statement.

It says: The prisoner dog is in the king's palace. It has no meaning to me but it might just be a calligraphy piece.
