We planted this bush in our yard and it grows fast. We wanted to know what it was and how to take care of it.

This glass thing is about 12" tall,with a green tint. The base is about 5" in diameter. The "circle,& bubble" on the right is made of solid glass it goes in about 3",& at a slight downward angle. With no holes. The spout is about 3" long. ...
