My parents had this picture in their home for a long time. The artist signed it as "A. Muller". I've looked on the internet but can't find any information about him. Does anyone know anything about him?

This picture was brought back from the Korean War by my Uncle in 1952. It was purchased in Sasebo, Japan. We believe the Japanese symbols in the close up pictures represents the Artist's Name. Also, the red symbol is called a "hanko". This is supp...
